Our Values
Our Values underpin who we are, how we behave, and the ways in which we work together across every aspect of the life of the College. They determine how we will deliver our ambitious Vision, Mission, and Strategy. Our Values are the principles that guide all our actions and decisions which, in turn, will shape the culture of our organisation. They apply to everyone who is part of the life of the College, our staff, and our members. Â We will strive to embed these Values in everything that we do.

Our Strategy
This strategy puts our stakeholders at the heart of everything we do, and has been designed to benefit our members, clinicians, and the communities they serve. Our mission is to provide the highest standards of education and examinations to a broader audience in more locations worldwide, fostering greater engagement with both new and existing members.
To achieve this, we will ensure our presence wherever we are needed, whether in-person or online, and remain integral to the career journey of our clinicians, supporting them from university through to retirement.
We will advocate on behalf of our members to guarantee fairness and equal opportunity for all, promote an inclusive and nurturing work environment, and uphold the highest standard of patient care.
