The F-35: Ensuring National Security for Decades to Come

As the most modern 5th Generation fighter aircraft, the F-35 is designed to counter and deteradvancing threats from the air, land and sea. The F-35 can collect, analyze and share data toenhance all assets in the battlespace. The aircraft enables men and women in uniform to executetheir mission and return home safely.
Many of the Czech Republic’s NATO allies and traditional international partners, such as the UnitedKingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and the United States, are operating F-35s inthe European theatre today. Germany, Belgium, Finland, Switzerland and Poland have also selectedthe F-35. The global footprint of the F-35 continues to expand because the aircraft integrates alliednations worldwide and enables mission capability. By the 2035, more than 600 F-35s will beoperating in the European region.

F-35 je nejmodernějším stíhacím letounem 5. generace, který je navržen tak, aby čelil postupujícím hrozbám ze vzduchu, země i moře a odrazoval je. Letoun F-35 dokáže shromažďovat, analyzovat a sdílet data, aby posílil všechny prostředky v bojovém prostoru. Letoun umožňuje mužům a ženám v uniformách plnit jejich úkoly a bezpečně se vrátit domů.
Řada spojenců České republiky v NATO a tradičních mezinárodních partnerů, jako jsou Velká Británie, Itálie, Nizozemsko, Norsko, Dánsko a Spojené státy, dnes provozuje letouny F-35 v evropském prostoru. F-35 si vybralo také Německo, Belgie, Finsko, Švýcarsko a Polsko. Globální působnost letounů F-35 se stále rozšiřuje, protože letoun integruje spojenecké země po celém světě a dává jim schopnost plnit mise. Do roku 2035 bude v evropském regionu operovat více než 600 letounů F-35.
