Emlyn started his career, aged 16, as a defence industry apprentice and today has more than 30 years of leadership and technical experience gained while working with several high-profile engineering companies in the UK.
He has a proven track record of delivery in a number of diverse areas including? satellite communication, train automation, torpedo guidance, military datalinks and avionics software.
